YESS Coop, shall provide support to our member mail and parcel center stores through local Chapters and Regional Districts by developing ways to minimize costs, encourage education, organize advertising and group buying, and assist in networking opportunities.

| YESS Entity |
|
| YESS Chapters are a member-owned coop organized under Illinois Business Cooperative Law. It is a for-profit entity that operates at break even. Excess profits are returned to stockholders as distributions. The Board of Directors are store operators, elected by the shareholders and are volunteers. |

$5.00 - Stock
A required, one time investment. Limited to one per store, multi store-owner’s are limited to a maximum of five.
$95 - Annual Dues
This will be distributed as follows:
- $45 to National
- $50 to Local Chapter or Regional District |
