YESS Corp, shall provide support to our member mail and parcel center stores through local Chapters and Regional Districts by developing ways to minimize costs, encourage education, organize advertising and group buying, and assist in networking opportunities.

| YESS Entity |
|
| YESS Corp. is member owned, organized under Illinois Business Organization (805 ILCS 310) Co-operative Act (BOCA). It is a for-profit entity that operates at break even. Excess profits are returned to the stockholders as distributions. The Directors are store operators who have volunteered and been elected by the stockholders. |

$5.00 - Stock
A required, one time investment. Limited to one per store, multi store-owner’s are limited to a maximum of five.
$95 - Annual Dues
This will be distributed as follows:
- $45 to National
- $50 to Local Chapter or Regional District
